Ascend BIM Tools are tools that function as programs installed on your computer, commonly known as a “plugin”. They allow you to deploy a tool ribbon that becomes visible in the Revit software and serve as an add-on program to execute functions that do not exist in the program that hosts them.

VisIdeal
VisIdeal allows BIM construction experts to select an architectural model and a spreadsheet with strength and wall thickness data per floor. It automatically generates a building model that meets the specified requirements.
Cabidas
Cabidas is a design script that uses a genetic algorithm to optimize the layout of architectural areas in a topographic model. It allows inputting data such as setback distances, area types and quantities, and generates multiple optimized alternatives according to specifications.
Boundary Checker
Boundary Checker checks the alignment between two linked models in a federated model. It scans the elements one by one, detects any edge discrepancies and marks them for correction. It simplifies the identification and resolution of alignment errors.
IFC
Our method simplifies IFC export by eliminating the need to select options, as these are predefined. The IFC file is automatically saved with the same name and in the same folder as the source file.
Gasto Real
Allows the user to select a quantification table and convert the actual total expenses into distributed expenses by item. Simply enter the total spend by category in a form and click “OK” to automatically distribute it to the appropriate items.
